CustomFit Center

"This is the best place to get personalized and class training in Savannah. I have used Trainer Jane for years and hope to continue to do so. She does Zoom training sessions with me and even through a camera, she is still attentive and notices improper form and is quick to correct. After a few years of training, my adjusted life expectancy is now 145 years! Thank you CustomFit! Give em a shot. You will be glad you did. Great trainers and classes and everyone is very nice."

"Custom Fit has been such a great experience for the last four years! The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress. My personal trainers meet me where I am while still pushing me in all the right ways. It’s a supportive, welcoming environment that makes showing up feel easy — and enjoyable."

"CustomFitCenter has been one of the best decisions and investments I’ve made for myself. I never enjoyed working out at traditional gyms, but Jane has managed to make each session so enjoyable and tailored that I look forward to going every week. Her workouts are personalized to my goals, needs, and even my mood. Jane’s knowledge of the body, fitness, and nutrition seems endless. If you’re looking for something more holistic than just pumping iron, this is the place to be. Olivia is a yoga instructor who completely redefined yoga for me. She’s incredibly talented and passionate, and it shows in every class. I’ve been practicing yoga for years and have tried many studios around town, but her creative approach stands out. She’s patient, accommodating, and willing to work around injuries while guiding you through your practice. I look forward to her classes every Wednesday and always wish there were more! Come check out this studio and meet the amazing, hardworking women—Jane and Brigitte—who own and run this local gem."
